The security complex actually borders unto Ramsgate’s Blue Flag beach. The Blue Flag is an international award for exceptional standard in the cleanliness of the sea-water, beach and ablution facilities, coupled with eco-friendliness, life guards on duty around the clock, ample parking areas close-by as well as the convenience of close-by café and restaurants, all adding up to a very favorable dispensation for beach-goers. Only six beaches in SA has received this award as yet.
